Postdoctoral Researcher: Design of Structures

The Department of Architecture at the School of Arts, Design and Architecture of Aalto University invites applications for POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER in the field of Design of Structures. The position is connected to the newly established professorship of Design of Structures, a joined appointment between the Department of Architecture and the Department of Civil and Structural Engineering. The professorship explores integrative design methods and techniques at the threshold between the physical and the digital and promotes a design-oriented understanding of structural design.The position is for a 2-year-period starting in February 2016 or as agreed upon.The application deadline is October 16, 2015.
