Let's build together snow huts and villages! We send a special invitation to the village schools of Rautavaara, Nerkko, and Vieremä in Upper Savo.

Teachers and teaching groups of basic education in the art of architecture at the Lastu School of Architecture and Environmental Culture are organising an open construction event in the Lastu courtyard in Lapinlahti on February 3. We are also challenging local partners to join us.

Throughout ArcDesign week, 2–8 February, we are challenging three village schools in Upper Savo, in Rautavaara, Nerkkoo, and Vieremä, to build together with snow. Lastu instructors will organise day-long workshops for school students.

In addition to the workshops, we are challenging our partners, such as foundations, associations, and children's cultural centers, to participate in the ArcDesign Day in line with the theme and to post pictures on social media.
