As Director, Katarina runs Archinfo's operations and answers to the Board. You can be in contact with her in questions related to stakeholder cooperation, partnerships and advocacy.
Katarina aims to direct Archinfo towards even more extensive cooperation networks both in Finland and abroad. As an art historian, Katarina is especially intrigued by what architecture and art have in common. Formerly, she has worked in management, curation and expert roles with design, handicraft and visual arts, and she sees architecture as their continuum, as part of a larger whole in culture and society. During her career, Katarina has always striven for promoting Nordic cooperation, which owing to the common values and culture is natural to her, and she is inspired by all kinds of new openings. In her free time, Katarina navigates to her cottage in the Finnish archipelago in any weather and at any time of the year.
